COVENTRY CONCOURS CRITERIA
Coventry Concours is the first virtual Concours held in partnership with the Association of Heritage Engineers.
This Concours competition launches on Friday 8th May 2020 and will consist of the following four rounds.
- 40s and 50s – Saturday 9th May to Saturday 16th May
- 60s and 70s – Saturday 16th May to Saturday 23rd May
- 80s and 90s – Saturday 23rd May to Saturday30th May
- 00s and 10s – Saturday 30th May to Saturday 6th June
Winners of each round will be announced on Sunday 7th June 2020 at 5.30pm
Entries are to be submitted on the Coventry Concours Facebook event
Please include the following information and relevant photographs of your vehicle
- Name, vehicle make and model and car registration
- The strong or tenuous link your vehicle has to the city of Coventry
- Entry photographs, please try to keep as close to those shown below
(Some photographs provided as a suggested style)
4x external shots, one from each side
1x photograph of the engine bay
1x interior shot
1x close up photograph of a wheel
1x shot of the boot
2x photographs of the wheel arches (1x front and 1x back) ideally with the wheel removed
Coventry Concours Rules
Judges will be looking for cleanliness, condition and originality, in that order of priority.
Photographs must be taken within the last 12 months with a car that your currently own and have not been edited further than cropping and alignment.
The decision of the judges is final

By submitting any photographs on behalf of this concours competition, you are giving MotoFest Coventry the right to use these photographs for social media and marketing purposes with credit given to the photographer/vehicle owner.
Entries are required to have a link to Coventry. This could be a strong link with the production’s Head Office being based here or a part manufactured within the city. Or tell us about a tenuous link to the city. A prize will be awarded for the most interesting tenuous link across the competition.
The judges winner of each round will receive a guaranteed place at the Association of Heritage Engineer’s Concours at MotoFest Coventry 2021.
