  • 13:30 – David Goody
Brandishing a ukulele and a headful of absurd comic songs, David Goody will amuse and bemuse in equal measure. With a repertoire stretching from the Coventry ring road to quantum physics, David has a song for every occasion, along with parodies of everyone from Motorhead to The Prodigy. He also guarantees that his milkshake (made like Delia) will bring everyone to the yard.

Sunday Timetable

  • 12:40 – Monday Nights
Monday Nights blend melodic rhythm parts with soaring vocals, behind a tight back beat and synthetic soundscapes. Since forming just prior to lockdown at the end of 2019 in Rugby, a lot of time has been spent focusing on creating a defined sound and hook-laden music, down to each aspect of the process including audio and visuals, this is something they believe is integral to their mission as a band. The group have been lucky enough to have multiple radio plays of previous singles, including BBC Introducing. As lots of music is planned to be released over the coming months, an EP is being wrapped up to be released this year.
  • 13:40 – Tin Dog

The duo is formed around guitarist Emily Eglinton and vocalist Fiona Laycock. Meeting for the first time as music students, this combination of “great guitar chops and tasty Vox”, as described by Newton Faulkner, has been developed to craft their sound: assured, bold, energetic yet heartfelt. ROSSO are based in Coventry and take their inspiration from The Civil Wars, Mumford and Sons, Needtobreathe and Wildwood Kin.
