MotoFest Coventry is taking things to the max in 2018 as vehicle care product brand Power Maxed is revealed as the new title sponsor for this year’s event.
Warwickshire-based brand Power Maxed, which is already title sponsor of a manufacturer-backed team of Vauxhall Astras in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and title sponsor of the Power Maxed Arenacross tour 2018, is continuing its theme of partnership with octane-heavy events by becoming title sponsor of what will now be called Power Maxed MotoFest Coventry.
In order to mark the new sponsorship deal the Power Maxed Racing team, sponsored by Power Maxed, will bring their current high-flying championship BTCC cars and drivers to Power Maxed MotoFest Coventry.
The Power Maxed Racing team currently lead the BTCC team standings and driver Joshua Cook sits in third place in the drivers’ championship after just three championship rounds.
Adam Weaver, Managing Director of Automotive Brands, parent company of Power Maxed, said: “Power Maxed MotoFest Coventry is a symbol of everything we stand for.
“Good quality event management and execution alongside the atmosphere of the day which is nothing but fuel, fun and fast cars mean that this was a no-brainer for us. What better way to increase exposure for our high-quality vehicle care brand and Automotive Brands’ other distributed brands than to sponsor such a significant summer event.”
Parent company of Power Maxed, Automotive Brands, has another brand of its own, Steel Seal, the pour-in head gasket repair. It also distributes several other brands including well-known engine lubricant brand Motul, and pour-in exhaust system cleanser Cataclean.
James Noble, MotoFest Coventry Festival Director, said: “We are excited to announce Power Maxed as our new title sponsor in 2018.
“The support from Power Maxed in recent years for the event has been phenomenal and the appearance of the Power Maxed Racing BTCC cars on the circuit last year with both guest celebrity driver Paul Hollywood and BTCC regular championship driver Senna Proctor, was one of the highlights of the 2017 event.
“It’s fantastic to have Power Maxed as our title sponsor this year as they are local company with a national profile and one that’s a natural brand fit for the event.”
Power Maxed will have a trade stand available to visit over the two-day event, where their full range of products plus Steel Seal, selected Motul and Cataclean products will be available to purchase at discounted rates.
Power Maxed is a vehicle care brand, supplying a range of aerosols, additives, adhesives, lubricants, valeting and detailing products to motor factors all over the UK, and marketing these products via its title sponsorship of team Power Maxed Racing in the BTCC.
Automotive Brands is the parent company of Power Maxed and Steel Seal, and also distributes other brands including Cataclean, Motul and more.
Power Maxed MotoFest Coventry is a two-day festival dedicated to the city’s motoring heritage, which this year takes place on Saturday 2 June and Sunday 3 June.
There will be a range of automotive activities taking place from pop-up and demonstration events to static displays and fringe events at Power Maxed MotoFest Coventry, now the largest free urban motorsport festival in the UK.
