THE DIRECTORS

Our team of Directors built this incredible event from a conversation in a bar. Our Festival Director, James Noble uses his passion for empowering others and has built a reputation for realising the value of things others have ignored, from people to classic cars to whole cities. James has had a busy career in design and then senior leadership development for premium automotive brands before moving onto join the leadership team at Jubilee Church Coventry.

James works alongside Darren Langeveld who ran mobile discos back at school before moving into management positions within the hospitality industry. Darren has always had a love for his hometown of Coventry. In 2005, his passion for motorsport and car culture saw the creation of Destination Nürburging – a business that now enjoys a reputation for quality driving events across the UK, Europe and beyond.

Andrew Simpkins came onboard as a director back in 2016, after a career in banking, including working at the Head Office of Barclays. Andrew and James work together as part of the leadership team at Jubilee Church Coventry.
The team is completed by Jeremy Heaver, a seasoned event specialist who has worked at several thousand events, from those with regional to worldwide reach, in a multitude of roles. He likes to create the unique selling point for each aspect of MotoFest.
