When is MotoFest this year? (2022)

MotoFest is taking place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September 2022

It will return to its traditional two day format, with the return of many people’s favourites including the Sprint Circuit, Official MotoFest Ride In and static classic car, modern modified and motorcycle displays.

See the latest information here.

When is the next Club MotoFest BreakFest Meet?

We are planning on hosting several Club MotoFest events throughout the year, including our BreakFest Meets.

Please find the latest dates for these events here.

Is MotoFest really free?

Yes! The costs associated with MotoFest are all covered by revenue generated from exhibitor fees, sponsorship deals, those displaying and support from our wonderful volunteers and partners.

A full list of MotoFest sponsors and partners can found here.

How can I get a ticket?

You can’t. The majority of MotoFest is a free, non-ticketed event with all expenses covered by our lovely exhibitors, sponsors and partners. All you have to do is turn up!

Please note a small number of elements will require tickets due to limited capacity. See the details on the event schedule here.

Is MotoFest good for Coventry?

MotoFest is great for Coventry. It raises the profile of the city for the right reasons, boosts the local economy massively and fosters hope.

Not only does MotoFest give us an opportunity to celebrate our heritage and our future, but it invites people from all over to come and join the party.

Plus, it’s always nice to have a free festival on your doorstep – why not come along and see what all the fuss is about?

How can I support MotoFest?

Come, volunteer, donate, sponsor, join Club MotoFest and spread the word.

How can I get involved with MotoFest all year round?

Our new loyalty programme, Club MotoFest, is the best way to keep involved with all things MotoFest. With a monthly newsletter, exclusive members only discounts from our exhibitors, sponsors and partners and four member only events per year! All of that for free!

Find out more about joining Club MotoFest for a free 12 month membership here!

What time does MotoFest end?

MotoFest typically runs from 10am – 5.30pm each day.

The full schedule for each area of MotoFest will be published closer to the event.

How will travel be affected?

We work hard with local organisations to minimise travel disruption during MotoFest.

However, for the safety of attendees and locals certain roads will be closed from Friday 9th September through to Monday 12th September.

More details on the exact road closures will be published closer to the event.

Where can I park at MotoFest?

There is a range of car parks available across MotoFest weekend, spread

There is a range of car parks available across MotoFest weekend, spread across the city centre.

Equally, there are ways of parking further out of town and using public transport to get into the city centre. A list of open public car parks will be published closer to the event.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, please do! MotoFest is a safe, welcoming, family-friendly event. We do recommend you bring ear defenders for young and noise-sensitive children as the event can be very loud at times. We are sure your kids will love some of everything MotoFest has to offer, but we do have specifically family-friendly content that they definitely won’t want to miss!

Find out more here.

Is MotoFest accessible for all?

Yes – MotoFest is designed to be accessible to absolutely everybody. It is based in the heart of Coventry, one of the UK’s most accessible cities, and all of our venues have step-free access. If you are worried about anything, or require any special provisions then please drop an email to contact@coventrymotofest.com and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Can I bring my dog?

MotoFest is held in Coventry city centre so there is no restriction against bringing fluffy friends along.

However, do bear in mind that it can get very loud and busy during the festival, and we’d hate for them to get upset. You know your pet best, but it may be best to leave Bruno at home this time.

MotoFest is kept free thanks to our amazing Sponsors and Partners
